in time和on time的區別

in time

是及時、適時的意思，表示動作“在時間內或提前發生”

We get there just in time. 我們正好及時趕到那兒。

He comes here in time.他及時到達這里。

I got the train in time. 我及時趕上了火車

on time

的按時、準時、按時付款的意思，表示動作必須在規定時間發生，有一定強制性。

You must have class on time.你必須按時上課。

The train came in on time.火車準時進站。

Please come on time. Don't be late. 請準時來，別遲到。
