圣誕節的來歷

圣誕節本來并不是圣誕老公公的節日，本來是為了慶祝圣子耶穌基督的誕生，傳說耶穌是因看圣靈成孕，由童女馬利亞所生的，神更派造使者加伯列在夢中曉逾約瑟，叫他不要因為馬利亞未婚懷孕而不要她，反而要與她成親，把那孩子起名為"耶穌”，意思是要他把百姓從罪惡中教出來。

當馬利亞快要臨盆的時候，羅馬政府下了命令，全部人民到伯利恒務必申報戶籍。約瑟和馬利亞只好遵命。

他們到達伯利恒時，天色已昏，無奈兩人未能找到旅館渡宿，只有一個馬棚可以暫住，就在這時，耶穌要出生了，在這之后，馬利亞唯有在馬槽上，生下耶穌，后來的人為了紀念這一天耶穌的誕生日，就把這一天定為圣誕節，寓意就是紀念耶穌的出世，也是寓意著新一年的開始。

圣誕節的習俗

1、裝扮圣誕樹

這個傳統指的是用彩燈、金箔、花環、飾品、糖果條等裝扮松樹?，F如今，圣誕樹也是歡慶節日不可或缺的一部分。

2、點燃圣誕蠟燭

這個傳統指的是人們會在圣誕期間在屋子外面放一支點燃的蠟燭。即便在最黑暗的屋子，蠟燭也能帶來光明，寓意希望。早些年代，也就是基督信徒深受迫害的時候，他們被禁止布道禱告。因此，基督信徒們在屋外放一支蠟燭，暗示他們仍在心里默默禱告。
