萬圣節英語作文：Halloween always falls on 31 October. It’s a holiday for children. On that day, children always wear fancy clothes and masks. 萬圣節總是在10月31日。這是一個屬于孩子們的節日。在那天，孩子們總是穿奇裝異服而且帶上面具。

One story about Jack,an Irishman,who was not allowed into Heaven because he was stingy with his money.So he was sent to hell.But down there he played tricks on the Devil (Satan),so he was kicked out of Hell and made to walk the earth forever carrying a lantern.

Well,Irish children made Jack's lanterns on October 31st from a large potato or turnip,hollowed out with the sides having holes and lit by little candles inside.And Irish children would carry them as they went from house to house begging for food for the village Halloween festival that honored the Druid god Muck Olla.The Irish name for these lanterns was "Jack with the lantern" or "Jack of the lantern," abbreviated as " Jack-o'-lantern" and now spelled "jack-o-lantern."

The traditional Halloween you can read about in most books was just children's fun night.Halloween celebrations would start in October in every elementary school.

Today, I went to school with great interest. As soon as I arrived at school, I saw students wearing all kinds of masks, some pumpkins, some witches, some sorcerers. The mask they wear is terrible. Ha! Ha! Because today is Halloween. I quickly entered the classroom, put my bag down and put on my mask, my mask was a vampire.

In the morning, our activity was a runway show, and I walked up to the stage with a swagger and a scariest look, shaking everyone. To my surprise, the principal of our building also came to the Halloween party. He was wearing zorros mask and we didnt recognize him at all.

In the afternoon we went to the flea market. At the flea market I saw books, badges and so on. After bargaining, I used ten dollars to buy the seal, beef jerky, toy model.

This years Halloween carnival is really interesting. Im really looking forward to the next Halloween!
